Every member is interviewed in person before they're introduced to anyone. We take on a limited number of members each season so that every introduction is deliberate — not a volume game, a considered one. What you get is not more options. It's fewer, better ones.
How It Works

A written application and a private conversation — not a form you fill out and forget.

We meet you in person or by video and get past the résumé version of who you are.

We hold your file in mind until the right introduction appears — sometimes weeks, sometimes longer.

One person, one evening, one honest chance to find out — with a debrief either way.
